It’s easy to escape to the Dundee Hills for a long weekend or a day-trip visit. Portland International Airport (PDX), Travel + Leisure’s perennial winner of the Best Airport Award, is centrally located to all the Willamette Valley has to offer. Once in Portland, it’s a quick 45-minute drive to reach our wineries, restaurants, and lodging facilities. Direct flights are also available into the nearby Salem Municipal Airport (SLE) and Eugene Airport (EUG).

You can explore the Dundee Hills on foot or by car, depending on your desired experience. The downtown corridor offers numerous tasting rooms and restaurants, all within walking distance. For tasting rooms nestled in sprawling vineyards with stunning Willamette Valley views, bring a car or schedule with one of the local touring companies.
In the Dundee Hills, everyone is welcome, whether your visit is impromptu or planned. Reservations are recommended; however, walk-ins are also accommodated at many destinations.
Getting Here

Dundee is 35 miles south of Portland and accessible by rideshare or rental car. While downtown Dundee is traversable on foot with ample tasting rooms and restaurants nearby, we recommend lining up a transportation option in advance if you plan to visit the vineyards and tasting rooms nestled in our rolling hills.
